channls
(Instrumental Post-Rock · Philly)
Formed in 2023 by drummer Jay Yachetta and guitar player Steven Rosplock, veterans of the progressive outfit Phantasm, channls is rounded out by two key figures from the Philly music underground: bassist Vini King (In the Presence of Wolves) and guitarist Jace Miller (Alright Junior). In a move that borders on poetic irony, the band boasts three frontmen in a project where vocals are conspicuously absent. For channls, silence isn’t an omission, it’s liberation.
The band’s sound, rooted in post-rock but unafraid of distortion-drenched aggression, occupies a liminal space between beauty and brutality. Imagine Russian Circles with the brashness of The Jesus Lizard. This isn’t post-rock to fall asleep to. This is a score for whatever storm you’re weathering.“When choosing the name channls, we were drawn to the idea of accessing this shared unconscious, a place where all artists can tap into a universal current. It’s about trusting the source, allowing ourselves to be open to what it offers. This mindset guided the creation of these songs, many of which are refined versions of the very first ideas Jay and I had spontaneous moments of inspiration we nurtured into their final form.”
They’ve supported bands like Stinking Lizaveta and Bask.

Memory Entry
(Post-Hardcore · NYC)
“Our World Is Going To Disappear” is the debut EP from the trio, Memory Entry. The band began in early 2020 when the three original members got together for an impromptu jam session. They carved out the beginning of what would become the song “Crawler” and parted ways, not realizing they wouldn’t step foot into the practice space again for another 19 months due to the world wide pandemic.
The story of the EP is the story of the band. Starting out simply and lamenting everyday heartbreak, but then slowly awakening, expanding our sonic palette, experimenting with different sounds and vocalizations, finding our identity, getting to know each other and realizing that there’s much more out there to discover, in this world, or another world. The final result is a sonic journey into parts unknown, combining elements of hardcore, noisecore, post hardcore and classic screamo. They’ve supported bands like Portraits of Past and Idle Heirs.
Aggressive but not without moments of melody and beauty, Memory Entry are set to take their place in the world of music with the release of “Our World Is Going To Disappear.”
